PIC CARES
The PIC Cares committee was formed in 2013. Each year fundraising events are hosted by PIC employees. Each department coordinates creative and fun activities while raising money for Guam Cancer Care and the Edward M. Calvo Cancer Foundation. PIC has successfully raised over $20,000 each year, and hopes to continue to support these local organizations.
Events such as breakfast pancake and burrito sales, chicken dinner sales, rummage sales, car washes, billiards night, karaoke night, lip sync and dance battles, and various raffles sales are held.
Competitive events held are 3-on-3 basketball, dodge ball, and beach volleyball tournaments.
It is through the compassion, kindness, teamwork, service, creativity, and participation of our 750+ employees that make this effort a success and define us as the best and “happiest place to work in the Pacific!”
Career Development
From the start of employment, we help our employees to be successful in
their roles and offer the ability to advance in their careers through cross
training, certification, and continued education where permitted. PIC may
arrange both formal and in formal training programs to enable employees
to progress in the technical knowledge of our business.
