Application and selection
Online applications through the PIC HR website must be complete with all information requested on the application form to be considered.
Paper applications are accepted at the PIC Guam HR office Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. Our office is closed on weekends and company-recognized holidays. Note: when submitting an application to the HR office, all applicants must check-in at the Security booth and present a valid photo ID to obtain a visitor pass.
Your application will be carefully reviewed to determine if you possess the requisite knowledge, skill and abilities for the position(s) for which you are applying. If you are selected, we will call to schedule a skills test and/or interview.
If PIC Guam presents you with a conditional job offer, reference checks and per-employment screenings will be conducted as part of our PIC policy.

PIC offers the following types of employment:
- Regular Full-Time: average 32 or more hours worked per week
- Regular Part-Time: average 20 to 31.99 hours worked per week
- Casual: average of less than 20 hours worked per week
- Temporary: temporary period (6 months or less, Full-Time or Part-Time, regardless of the number of hours worked per week)
